But this is not all. RAVAGE goes beyond the ordinary, employing advanced bodybuilding techniques to sculpt your body into a masterpiece of power and aesthetics. With unwavering dedication and perseverance, it will stack slabs of muscle upon your frame, elevating you to legendary status.
A word of caution: RAVAGE demands unwavering commitment and sacrifice. This is no venture for those in a caloric deficit. To conquer the challenges that lie ahead, you must be well-fed and well-rested for every training session. The trials will be grueling, but in the face of adversity, only the indomitable will prevail.
Many have embarked on this treacherous path, only to falter and fall. RAVAGE is the crucible where the weak are separated from the mighty. The journey is brutally challenging, and you will need every ounce of help you can muster.
Ideally, the program follows a rhythm of 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, and 2 days off. For example, training on Monday and Tuesday, a respite on Wednesday, resuming your journey on Thursday and Friday, and then embracing the weekend as your well-earned sanctuary. However, this cadence is not compulsory; the hero's path can be tailored to your needs.
